Hello my beautiful people,

The weather here is quite moody, it has mood swings throughout the day. In one day, we see the sun, then a storm, heavy rain, then sun, then hail, then sun! The sunsets are stunning here. We also get lots of double rainbows which are beautiful!

I learned to make sourdough bread, catching up the rest of the world! 2020 is the year of sourdough! I am finally in the loop. A kind teacher, showed me how to make it and shared some of her starter for me to bake my own. It was delicious!
