Halloween Time

Hello my beautiful people!

The week leading up to Halloween, I was subbing for K-1 in the afternoons and did some fun things like creating pumpkin crafts, play games, host a party and carved pumpkins. Unfortunately, I do not have permission to post pictures of the kids. I can assure you they were all super cute!

The school put a Halloween Dance up, grades K-7 it was from 2pm to 3:30pm and Grades 8 to 12 was from 6pm to9:30pm. With the kindergarten class we went to the school Halloween dance from 2pm to 2:30pm. They danced like no one was watching. It was so much fun to witness them having such a good time. From 2:30pm to 3pm we had our own little party in the classroom with a few parents too. Emily, who was sick made these cookies in the shape of dead fingers with warts and blood- they were so good! Their little party was fun and it was nice for me to meet some of their parents.

Trick or Treaters came to our house, they were so cute. It was my first time handing out candy, it was always something I wanted to do. So glad, I finally was able to do it.

A co-worker also held a Halloween Party for the staff and that was so much fun. I, honestly, haven’t had this much fun in a long time let alone go to bed past midnight!
